Financing Options

As part of our office policy, we ask for full payment at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Our staff will be happy to help you understand your insurance benefits and electronically file your claim with your insurance company so that they may reimburse you directly. However, since your insurance policy is a private contract between you and your insurance company, we are often not provided with enough information to determine your coverage so we cannot be responsible if there is a change or delay in your benefit.

We will also assist you in planning for your periodontal treatment by submitting an estimate of costs to your insurance company on your behalf, in order to obtain a pre-determination.
